Cross Border cooperation in the frame of Green Belt

A concept for joint projects along the Bulgarian-Macedonian border in particular for Belasitsa and Osogovo mountains was also discussed. The Swiss organization Pro-Natura shared its experience in management planning of protected areas and development of sustainable practices and products in the region as well as its proposals for cooperation.

This workshop is organized as a part of the BBF project “Promotion of Green Belt initiative in Bulgaria” implemented with the financial support of the Swiss Development and Cooperation Agency and the Frankfurt Zoological Society.
